Join Rhiannon Lewis for the third lecture in the brand-new Aromatic Anchors Series, exclusive to ICAN.

This 90-minute session focuses on aromatic strategies for fatigue and sleep disturbance, particularly in patients navigating life-limiting conditions. Using an evidence-based and experiential framework, Rhiannon will explore the physiological importance of rest for recovery and repair, and provide 10 pragmatic anchor points to help practitioners think critically, assess efficiently, and deliver targeted aromatic interventions.

Designed for qualified aromatherapists and advanced students already working in clinical or private settings, the series presumes an intermediate level of essential oil chemistry and application knowledge. Participants will gain practical tools to refine treatment planning and enhance outcomes for patients experiencing fatigue and sleep-related challenges.

This is part of a 10-lecture programme running January–October 2026, with the option to enrol in the full series. Full-program participants receive access to a private group space, two exclusive bonus lectures, and a certificate of completion.

If you cannot attend live, the session will be recorded and all registered participants receive the replay and documentation.
