Experienced & Inclusive Teacher – With over 25 years of yoga practice, Emma offers an eclectic, accessible approach suitable for all abilities. Qualified & Accredited – A member of the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY), she holds a BWY teaching diploma and is a certified meditation teacher. Somatic Movement Integration – As a certified Somatic Exercise coach (trained by Lisa Petersen), Emma weaves somatic movement into her yoga practice for deep body awareness and release. Workshops & Classes – She offers public yoga classes and immersive workshops in Box, Wiltshire, creating a welcoming and supportive space for all. Energy Healing – A certified Reiki Master practitioner, Emma brings a holistic touch to her teaching, promoting balance and well-being. A Path to Inner Peace – Her teaching focuses on integrating yoga into daily life, fostering spiritual awareness, mindfulness, and deep relaxation.

A lovingly restored Poitou farmhouse surrounded by its own farmland offering space to rest back into nature. 45 acres of fields and woodland, a natural pond and island for fishing and boating, a salt filtered heated swimming pool (28 degrees), plus tree house for Reiki or personal meditation.
