I'd always been fascinated by Thai massage after my flatmate's friend gave me a taster session when I was 18. 🇹🇭
I later (much much later) trained in Manchester in 2005 with Simon Gall and the London school of Thai Massage.
I followed Simon to Thailand in 2007 to do his advanced course on koh phangan. We stayed at The Sanctuary and had an amazing, hot, intense week with helpful tips and moves from the lovely "Angie".
I met my lovely friend Andy Wood on the course, not knowing then, that in the years that followed we would work together in France and I'd follow him to Peru on my plant spirit journey.🌿🇵🇪

I moved to France and it's taken nearly 17 years for Thai food to appear near me. I'm hoping that the traditional Thai massage will also make its way into the mainstream as people come to realise how effective it is at relieving stiffness, pain and how it helps with lymphatic drainage.

My next course is being held in 1st -4th November here in France, surrounded by beautiful nature.

The course is 4 days but accomodation is available for those who would like to make a week's holiday just as the vine leaves are in their full red hues.

The 4 day course is 500 euros and accomodation is extra.
Flights to Carcassonne or Montpellier are the nearest airports. Pick up can be arranged. Hopefully the sun will still be shining!

Limited places but numbers will determined the final venue in Hérault. Both options are in beautiful valleys near the river.
