This is no ordinary strawberry milk shake, this is Sue's velvety smooth, delicately flavoured dairy free strawberry shake...

750 ml coconut milk ( not the tinned one).
1/2 - 3/4 banana
5/6 frozen strawberries
A large slice of fresh pineapple
Wizz it up in a blender.

Perfect for summer days ..
And mid April in France!

What a weekend! It started with a grounding walk🌳 in the woods around Ceps, 🏞️a full day of Reiki master teacher attunements giggles, great conversations, then some kundalini meditation⚕️🧘 and final teaching followed by brunch.

🙏This was the first time I've initiated 4 reiki masters at the same time in 26 years!
As the energies rise, so do we.

If you're wondering if it's for you, or you know it is, but don't know where to start... Send me a message. There is an intensive level 1 and 2 coming up soon.

*Stiff aching back *tense shoulders *joint pain *twinges here and there from hunching up or lifting heavy things with a cold body, well Lizzie LeRoi and I have a day planned to relieve some of these symptoms and get you looser, stronger and more relaxed. Muscle tension tends to be created when we are the opposite of relaxed, so its important that we take time out to attend to our bodies when they react in this way.
Join us as Maison Flamant - holiday home in South of France and gently awaken your body into springtime. Lunch will be provided by Afsanara Begum Josephine Dolan-Dufourd will also be joining us.
