Our Advent spiral 22. We had two sessions this year as it was very popular.

Our first advent spiral in Studio Sana. We had 3 lyre players, sharing with 15 French and English friends including children. As the darkness fell outside we ended with the beautiful spiral of lit candles. This looks well set to be an annual tradition.

Thank you Stephanie for a second week of yoga. How fab to have the front door open letting in the heat. I wanted to take a picture of suki cat lying on a mat beside us, but I was too busy! Next time.

The Studio space is now ready. We have workshop space, reflexology, and any amount of music, fun, healing and lyre playing to come. We can clear the room easily for yoga, tai chi, etc. All ideas welcome.
