MAKING YOUR BUNS

Ingredients (picture 3)
- 1 kg of flour
- 50 g of butter
- 3 spoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoons of salt
- 2 sachets of baker's yeast

1. Melt the butter in a large bowl. Pour in sugar, salt and yeast (picture 4).

2. To knead the flour, you will need approximately 40 cl of water to be poured into the bowl twice (pictures 5 and 6).

3. When you have obtained a homogeneous dough (picture 7), you can put it on the work surface and knead it (picture 8) for approximately 15 minutes.

4. Leave the dough to ferment for 40 minutes in a bowl covered with a clean cloth (pictures 9, 10 and 11).

5. Cut the dough and form balls of 85 - 90 g (picture 12). Flatten the ball with a rolling pin (picture 13).

6. Roll the dough halfway (picture 14), hold the 2 ends and fold them towards the center (picture 15), fold the remaining part to obtain the ideal shape of the bun (picture 16) and turn it over (picture 17).

7. Place the bun on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Repeat the same process for the other balls and cover them with the cloth for 15 minutes.

8. Make a cut approximately 5 mm deep in the center of the upper surface of the bun (picture 18) and place the tray in the oven for approximately 30 minutes depending on the temperature (picture 19).

9. Remove the buns from the oven (picture 2). Look how golden they are (picture 1). I prefer eating them with beans. And you ???
