On Tuesday 7th October at 12pm France time 11am UK time, I have the pleasure of speaking with fellow Nutritional Therapist and skin expert, Chloe Manlay in my October Hormone Harmony live here on IG.

Chloe is a qualified nutritional therapist with a special focus on skin and women´s health and has dedicated the last 8 years of a 15 year career to this specialised area. ✨ One of the things I love most about my work is showing that food can be both medicine and pleasure.

This Autumnal Veggie Curry from my Cleanse & Reboot Programme is the perfect example. It’s:
🥕 Packed with fibre from colourful veggies to support your gut.
🌱 Rich in anti-inflammatory spices (turmeric, ginger, cinnamon) that calm your system and support liver detox pathways.
🥥 Balanced with healthy fats from coconut milk that nourish your hormones and help you feel satisfied.

It’s simple to make, deeply nourishing, and tastes just as good as it looks.

Winter Veggie Curry (serves 4)

Ingredients

1kg mixed veggies (carrots, kale, broccoli, cauliflower, courgette, spinach)

2 tbsp olive oil

1 onion

4 garlic cloves

Fresh grated ginger

1 tbsp curry powder

¼ tsp ground turmeric

¼ tsp ground cinnamon

Pinch of cumin

400ml coconut milk

Ground black pepper

Method

Chop the veggies into bite-sized pieces.

Heat olive oil, add onion and sauté for 3 mins.

Add garlic, ginger and spices, cook for 1 min.

Stir in veggies, ⅔ coconut milk + 120ml water. Simmer.

Add remaining coconut milk, season with pepper, cook a few more mins.

Serve with wild/basmati/brown rice or cauliflower rice (or a mix).
