Lately I’ve been learning so much about the healing power of dried herbs in my agricultural studies. 🌿
I’ve been mixing my own herbal teas and little natural remedies, and it’s reminded me how beautiful it feels to come back to nature for support.

And soon… we’ll be doing this on our own herbal farm. Once we’ve worked the soil and the land is ready, we’ll be growing, drying, and preparing our own herbs right here at home. Fresh, natural, and full of good energy. I can’t wait to make our own teas, blends, and daily wellness remedies to share with you all.

For me, wellness isn’t just yoga on the mat... it’s the small choices we make every day, the things we drink, what we breathe in, and the space we create inside ourselves to feel calm and nourished.

I love this journey, and I love sharing it with you. If you already use dried herbs in your daily routine, tell me your favourite blends... I’m always learning. 💛

I took this photo back in the summer, and looking at it now feels like such a full-circle moment. Back then, I didn’t feel my best... bloated, inflamed, tired, and not fully connected to myself. At the time I didn’t realise how much my body was asking me to slow down and make some changes.

Since then, I’ve shifted so much. Through yoga, herbs, and changing my diet to remove the foods that were causing inflammation, I’ve started healing from the inside out. My body feels clearer, lighter, calmer. My energy is different. Even my jeans fit differently... not because of “dieting,” but because the inflammation has finally settled.

It’s amazing what happens when we actually listen to our bodies instead of pushing through. Yoga helped me create space and reduce stress, herbs supported the healing process, and the changes in my food have honestly transformed how I feel day to day.

I’m feeling so much better overall now... more grounded, more connected, and more like myself again. Healing isn’t always loud or dramatic… sometimes it’s simply noticing how far you’ve come when you look back at a photo. 💛

I’m absolutely blown away by the progress my clients are making. Our beginners are now stepping confidently into intermediate classes... and most of them are doing it in just 8 weeks on average! 🙌

Whether you’re showing up 4 times a week or once a week, the dedication is the same... and it shows. It's absolutely amazing to see!

Sometimes all we need is a quiet moment in nature to remember how good it feels to just breathe. Fresh air, sand under your feet, trees all around… it’s the kind of peace you can’t buy.

Life gets busy, our minds get loud, and we forget how much our bodies need these little pauses. But the more we slow down, the more we realise calm isn’t found in big moments... it’s in these simple ones. 3️⃣💛
