Out-of-Body Experiences : and if You felt you are not protected…

There are some astral travels where le soul has to go through challenges to explore and to overcome.
It is part of this journey, and believe it or not, even during very painful experiences where a soul may feel unprotected and attacked by some strange beings, the spiritual guide is always there to keep it safe. Sometimes it is your guide who may take you in places you ignore or are afraid of. In such situations you are guided to learn mastery and acknowledge more the Experience that made you feel pain or fear, as out of your physical body and reality there is nothing to be afraid of.
Your astral body is a very intelligent being, no one can touch it or break it … it is fluent and easy to fly any where it wants.
Your astral body, you cannot master it with your mind, nor with your ego. They would lead you actually to feeling unprotected, all the time. Fear can block your will to enhance your connection to your soul.
As a soul, you have vivid memories of your lives as a human being or as any other being. Your astral travels can be a visit to those lives you have lived and where some patterns needed to be healed. Most of the experiences are teaching to the soul and brings the powerful explanation you have never been able to have while in the physical body, as your mind directs your ego, and your soul directs your spiritual body and awareness.

As your Crystalline Light body progressively evolves into a brighter version of yourself, you are guided to integrate more new higher frequencies of Light. The process can be painful at first. It can be hard to integrate first as your body always had to adjust and heal at its own pace.
The steps you needed each time to follow are integrated in your Light Body and to clear the way to another higher level. It can be overwhelming sometimes. But the overwhelm is only a phase of the process of transcending the lower human Frequencies of Light that has prevailed in a moment of human history.
The fact is that there is no history but an evolution in Spirit on the Planet that is leading the way to the integration of renewed LightBody Cells for humanity to live in Peace in connection to That Which Is the highest and best self.
As you feel this way of transmuting old cells into new ones, the translation takes place into the process. Remember that it is al happening into the Being. And it is meant to enhance that state of Be-In.
You are rewritting your life from the old world to the new one, the old body to the new one, the old human to the new human.
The changes you would experience are hard and painful. You can soften your life by empowering your self without jugements and anger.

The purpose of the Light is to help you awaken and it comes through you to heal you, to trigger your soul and your essence, so that you can find a way to your truest self… The soul is a beautiful mystery to uncover in each human vessel, it has its memories and it has its own path. The memories are back once a path is revealed … For that purpose the light comes in different shapes, different ways and differently it has meaning in your life… To see the light there is a transcendental process where the soul is triggered by the sacred path, and mostly it is being cleared from old programs that no more serve its highest good. The light comes to fill the emptiness that is felt at that moment to say : I am here to guide your path ! Listen to me! Your life force is leading you to something that you never did before, to something you already ignore but which is there in your heart that is always present in your soul and your essence.

When We Allow Ourselves to Dive Deeper into the Light as an Unknown and hidden aspect of the Self

Your soul is connected to your heart center. It is not your physical heart as it is only a minor aspect of the self and is located in the heart center of Consciousness.
It is an incredible energetic body that you are connected to, through the field of consciousness, and it is also disconnected from your emotional body.
When the human heart connects to the energetic heart in full consciousness, there is a deeper understanding of who we truly are… Consciousness beyond the human body and physical dimension.
The human heart is a gate to the multidimensional consciousness heart.
And so when we do the healing on that area, we open to the Unknown, yet invisible for many : The Divine Light. All we do consciously or unconsciously is to spread the Light that which is in us, so that the soul can heal and receive more energy from higher dimensions.
The human heart is most of the time carrying loads of pains from past present and future timelines. They all can be stored deep in the human body and consciousness.
Our duty as souls is to open our hearts far beyond the human boundaries.
Our ego can be in harmony once we have cleared all negativity.
To feel harmony, the ego has to be linked to the heart and soul, and then it can be healed too.
In letting go of all things that are not serving our highest good, assuming our presence and the work we came here to do, we realise that our job is to always keep going forward to The Light, embracing our darkness in a positive way. As healers we are here to bring that Sacred Light back into our Sacred Heart.
