Asteya is the wisdom of enough.
The quiet understanding
that nothing meant for the soul
can ever be taken or withheld.

We steal not only with our hands,
but with our hunger,
when we grasp at time,
seek to possess what was never ours,
or measure our worth
against the light of another.

Asteya calls us back to wholeness:
to trust in divine timing,
to honor the path of others,
and to rest in the abundance
already planted within us.

For when the self knows it is complete,
it no longer reaches from lack, it simply receives,
and lets the world be as it is.

Satya begins where illusion ends
in the silent courage
to meet ourselves as we are.

Not the self we perform,
not the self the world has named,
but the naked truth beneath it all.

To live in Satya
is to stop fleeing from the mirror,
to sit with what is real
until truth becomes prayer.

And from that inner honesty,
the world changes its face
for when the soul stands in truth,
it no longer asks life to bend,
but learns to walk in harmony with what is.

Satya is the bridge
between the self we think we are
and the self that has always been waiting to be remembered.

Ahimsa begins within

In the unseen places
where we make peace with our own shadows,
for the war we carry inside
is often the war we offer to the world

To know the self
is to see that nothing is separate,
that the same light living in me
moves through every face I meet,
every tree, every breath, every beating heart

And when the self is held with compassion,
the world is touched the same way

Ahimsa is this sacred understanding,
that the way we meet ourselves
becomes the way we meet life

Balance is not born from strength.
It arises from presence.

From the gentle return of awareness to the breath…
From the quiet attention given to each sensation
as it travels softly through the body.

In that listening,
the body remembers its harmony,
and balance reveals itself naturally.

A new breath practice is now available on my YouTube channel.

A gentle space to pause, slow down, and reconnect with the rhythm of the breath.

Sometimes all we need is a few conscious breaths to return to ourselves.

If you feel the call, the practice is waiting for you on YouTube.

Sometimes we believe we need a special place to feel grounded.
A retreat, a temple, a quiet corner somewhere far away.

But the truth is simpler than that.

Center is not a place.
It’s a space we remember within ourselves.

Lilakasa is not just a location.
It is a reminder.

A reminder that awareness can be playful, light and alive anywhere, anytime.

Under a tree, on a beach, in the middle of a busy day…
the door is always here.

For a long time, this space was called La Minute Yoga.

It was born from a simple intention to share yoga in short, accessible moments.
Moments to breathe.
Moments to move.
Moments to reconnect.

Over the years, something evolved.

My practice deepened.
My relationship to yoga changed.
And most importantly, my relationship to life softened.

What began as physical practice gradually became something wider, a way of being.
A way of observing.
A way of living with more awareness and simplicity.

Today, this space becomes Līlākāśa.

Lilakasa comes from Sanskrit:
Līlā : the natural play of life.
Ākāśa : the space that holds everything.

Together, it represents a conscious space where life is free to move, breathe, and express itself.

This page is no longer only about physical yoga practice.
It is about the philosophy behind it.
About presence within movement.
About serenity within action.
About remembering that yoga is not something we do for an hour, but something we embody every day.

The language will now be mainly English,
to allow this space to open beyond borders
and welcome a wider community.

The essence remains.
The space expands.

Thank you for growing with me.

Shramalaya : from srama (dedicated practice) + alaya (sanctuary, home) - the sanctuary of the spirit, where conscious effort and heartfelt presence come together in harmony.

Strength is not something to show off or boast about. It is a quality you cultivate from within, slowly and steadily, like the roots of a tree sinking deep into the earth.

True strength comes from the heart, from your capacity to align it with your mind, allowing your decisions to flow from love rather than fear or anger. This alignment creates a deeper sense of integrity, guiding your actions with clarity and compassion.

Your strength extends beyond yourself; it ripples out into the world around you. As you nurture this inner power, you become more aware of the responsibility it carries. Strength isn’t just about resilience; it’s about wielding that power consciously, knowing that every choice shapes the collective energy of those around you.

Being truly strong means having the courage to look through your own eyes and confront your inner shadows. In the immaterial world, there are no carpets to sweep away the things you’d rather ignore. Instead, strength invites you to face those hidden parts of yourself, to hold them with compassion, and in doing so, transform them. This is the path to true freedom.

Quote of the day 🙏
