In the era of masks falling,
there is no need to pretend to be perfect.
Truth is the new luxury.

Here is my personal path.

Each of us has our own shadows.
It is a liberation to reconnect with them.
They are part of who we are today.

I am grateful to be alive, to be of service, to share what I have learned and to keep learning through my own experience.

In the past, I had an artist name — Anna Mayak (маяк means lighthouse in Russian). I even had an exhibition in Milan with lighthouse paintings, and a collection of photographs of real lighthouses.

I invested in that image, and it cost me a lot of life energy to maintain it.

External things were helping to support the difference.

Today there is less outside,
more inside.

The light was reborn, and the lighthouse can shine across countries and languages.

Here is the freedom — from “I” to “we.”

It is not me who is this light;
it is something within me that shines and attracts because I have connected to it.

It is the most beautiful thing that has ever happened to me — and it continues to happen in my morning prayers. 🙏

I feel it also in every yoga or gong session or new connection — sparks growing and blooming. 🌸

Je continue d’enseigner, principalement du yoga privé pour un petit cercle de femmes. Je reviendrai bientôt avec des séances de groupe à Montpellier, des cours en ligne et des retraites.

🇺🇸 Silence — when we truly hear the truth. I’m very grateful for this powerful and transformative pause from social media. I’m still teaching, mostly private yoga for a small circle of women. I’ll be coming back soon with group sessions in Montpellier, online classes, and retreats.

Image of Self ✨

Pictures are moments captured by another human being—someone with their own vision and vibe.

That vision doesn’t always match ours.

Expectations or chasing perfection can be bad luck in the creative process.

I’ve worked with many different photographers, and I can tell you: choose one who communicates with you, who guides you into your best self, who helps you open up, smile, and shine.

Fashion, in my opinion, is old-fashioned—it trades in prestige and fame that no longer hold real value in today’s world. Because the era of truth is here.

Of course, it still feels good to be mentioned in a magazine article or to make a cover… but now, it needs to have purpose.

That’s my goal today.

In the past, I dreamt of being on the cover just to feed my ego. Today, I want to do real things for others, and being known helps make that happen.

This post is for my future self—who is doing her best to bring all her visions to life.

I’m deeply grateful to every person on this path who’s helping make it real. It’s never just me—it’s always WE.

Right now, I just want to share my gratitude.
Everything aligned with the original vision that came to me.
To see all the IDEAS come together in one space... was pure emotion.
Thank you, UNIVERSE—for the creativity, the opportunity, and most of all, the PEOPLE.

Because of everyone’s kindness and professionalism, this retreat went beyond what I ever dreamed.

It wasn’t perfect. Still so much to learn.

But all the pressure, all the emotional highs and lows—they were illusions.
Because once you step into your destiny,
there’s no turning back.

Awakening through it all.

Sometimes we wish for something and just wait for it to happen. But I have a new mantra—THE TIME IS NOW.

For so long, I ignored ideas that came to me just because it didn’t feel like the right time, I didn’t feel ready enough, or there was always some other excuse…

I had a tendency to put myself in cages even in my professional journey—first, this page was only about yoga; then, only modeling pictures; then, only family and personal stories… and at some point, I felt lost.

Probably you too 😊

Sorry, but I won’t have a perfectly curated Kundalini yoga feed, nor will I flood my page with millions of modeling pictures. I just try to be myself. And everything I do today represents the true me—multifaceted, authentic personal brand.

I stopped waiting. I started acting. Trying things, calling people, initiating conversations, opening doors to new opportunities, investing in new images and content, speaking up, and sharing what I love.

Small steps count.
We never know how things will unfold.

Just say YES to life and create it like an ART.
The rest will follow. ✨
