With over 30 years’ experience in massage, yoga, mental-health awareness, and joint health, I’ve spent my career helping people feel stronger, healthier, more mobile, and more confident.
I previously ran a back-care clinic in the UK, specializing in massage therapy, sports massage, and beginners yoga/ movements classes supporting men’s and women’s health and wellbeing.

J’ai dirigé une clinique spécialisée dans le dos au Royaume-Uni et animé des cours de yoga pour débutants, pensés pour soutenir la santé et le bien-être des hommes.
