With a background in Sports Science, I’ve developed a distinctive approach to movement that integrates:

the precision and strength of Pilates
the flow and breath of Yoga
the awareness of Somatics
and the depth of trauma-informed therapeutic practices

My classes are a holistic fusion of mindful, functional movement, designed to realign both body and mind. Sessions focus on core strength, functional movement, and fascia elasticity, delivered through a trauma-informed approach that supports recovery, resilience, and long-term wellbeing.

This blend is especially beneficial for those seeking better bodily alignment, balance, strength, and flexibility through a focus on everyday functional movement., helping you move more efficiently, feel stronger, recover better.

A combination of yoga and Pilates- YOGALATES

STOTT PILATES® is a contemporary approach to the Classical Pilates method, combining traditional principles with modern exercise science. Developed by physical therapists and movement professionals, it focuses on spinal alignment, strength, flexibility, and efficient movement.
Using a neutral spine approach, STOTT PILATES® helps reduce strain on the body while improving posture and performance. Exercises are highly adaptable and suitable for rehabilitation, injury prevention, and all fitness levels, including prenatal clients and athletes.
Classes may include a variety of props such as the Magic Circle, resistance bands, weights, balls, and blocks to support and challenge your practice.

I am on average 25 years older than my classmate’s
It’s pretty tough going as it’s an hours commute both ways from my family home in North West London.
