Eat That Frog! 🐸

Last night I finally slept well — the first time in a while with all this summer heat. My alarm was set for 6am, but I didn’t need it.
The church bells were ringing, the birds were singing, and my girl’s little tip-tapping paws were already welcoming the day. 🐾 I just paused and listened, letting myself wake naturally (and resisting the urge to look at my phone straight away).
Admin has been weighing on my mind for a couple of weeks, but today I chose to “eat the frog” ie tackle the biggest task on my list before the day got busy.
It wasn’t easy, but once I got started, it was as quickly done ✅ . The weight lifted and I found myself thinking: “Why didn’t I do this earlier?”
🌿 Sleep, stillness and starting strong are small shifts that bring clarity, confidence, and calm into the day.
Tasks big or small can sometimes feel overwhelming. You may even find yourself stuck, unable to begin, or unsure which “frog” to tackle first when they all seem the same. If that’s where you are you don’t have to do it alone.
