Hi guys!! From now on I will be concentrating on private lessons only as I wish to train further with the eldest generation and the pre/post natal cases. Yoga therapy is the word for the next 6 months. Yin Yoga to start again this winter and of course SUP Yoga class will start again next summer!! Until then keep practicing, keep appreciating, keep being grateful!! ✌🏻😎🙏🏻
