The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic did not allow us to organise a SARAF training session in Nantes during 2021.

In 2022, we will be organising a free Webinar on the new EU 2021/808 regulation.

The webinar will take place on 1st March 2022, 9-12 French time.

23rd SARAF training session
From 10th to 14th October 2016, SARAF welcomed 16 participants from 4 continents (America, Africa, Asia and Europe) who attended lectures and practical workshops on food safety. Six analysts from Palestine and six from the Republic of Korea attended this 23rd edition, which was a good opportunity for experience sharing and network building between participants and lecturers from USA, United Kingdom, France and Germany.
