~ DANCE THERAPY is a Creative Arts Therapy. Dance Therapy uses movement and dance to help people find ways of living joyfully and in their power. It helps a person integrate any problems they maybe experiencing psychologically, emotionally, physically and socially. It can help with issues such as anxiety, depression, low self esteem, poor body image, eating disorders and relationship issues and empowers a person back to true wellbeing. No steps are taught and the highest respect is given to the integrity of the individuals worked with in a compassionate and safe atmosphere. Sessions are run individually or in groups, in person or via Zoom.

~ REIKI is a Japanese word for Universal Life Force. Reiki can heal all forms of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual problems. During a Reiki session, the Reiki energy passes through my higher self to yours and goes to where it is needed to heal any issues you maybe having. A Reiki session is deeply relaxing and nourishing and is done fully clothed. Sessions can be done in person or distantly via Zoom.
