Hello, I'm Sara and I want to share what yoga means to me.
For me, yoga is about presence, not poses. It's about breathing, not bending.
It's about finding peace in your own body, exactly as it is right now.
It's about integrating the principles of yoga philosophy every day, with everyone.
I've been practicing yoga for 15 years and teaching for 6, and I'm passionate about the traditional approach the philosophy, the breath, the inner work that happens when we simply show up.
Because yoga was never meant to be perfect. It was meant to be practiced.
You don't need to touch your toes.
You don't need designer leggings.
You don't need to stand on your head or look beautiful while you breathe.
You just need to show up.
I teach traditional yoga and apply to modern life. I create practical mantra meditations for real people living real lives. I co-organize movement retreats for women who need to reconnect with their bodies through gentleness, not gymnastics. Zefiro Retreats
My harmonium doesn't sound perfect through a microphone, and my poses aren't Instagram-worthy. But my practice is authentic. And that's what I'm here to share with you.
