During my professional carrier, as an IT consultant in many countries around world, I have been often confronted with stress situations and burn-out cases.
As a consequence I wanted to understand the factors which cause the stress: external factors related to work conditions, but especially internal factors specific to each individual. I decided then to follow an education program in Applied Psychologies, which gave me the basis for an in-depth approach in Sophrology and Hypnosis, the two techniques which interested me the most.
I discovered during my studies the enormous power and scope of Sophrology and Hypnosis in therapy and the harmonisation of the body and mind.
My approach is based on the principle of brief therapies, according to which the solution to the problem is already present within the patient. Using Hypnosis and Sophrology I help you to access your internal resources, to bring about the change which you need in your life. My aim is to provide you with the tools for enhancing your well-being in everyday life and developing your potential autonomously.
