Loneliness as an expat working in the luxury industry is what first led me to create this wellness workshop.
On the surface, its purpose was simple:
To create community.
To create connection.
But what I didn’t expect was what it would become for me.
As a coach — and as a woman.
For most of my life, I was a people pleaser.
In love. In work. In friendship.
I overgave.
I overperformed.
I burned myself out trying to feel enough — to be chosen, to be valued.
Yachting rewarded that.
Perfection was praised.
Excellence was expected.
And I thrived in it.
But thriving externally isn’t the same as being aligned internally.
A few weeks ago, through my own workshop, something shifted.
As I was coaching others, I realised how deeply I needed to be fully authentic with myself.
For the first time in my life, I felt like I had chosen myself — not through rebellion, not through ego, but through honesty.
And that is what these workshops are truly about.
Not fixing what’s wrong.
But creating awareness.
Not shaming where we fall out of balance.
But learning how to recalibrate when we do.
Because confidence isn’t perfection.
It’s self-awareness plus correction.
And what’s beautiful is that when women come together across different generations — navigating careers, relationships, reinvention — we realise something powerful:
We are not alone in our flaws.
And we are not broken in our growth.
Coaching isn’t about pointing out what’s wrong.
It’s about helping you realign — so you can live, lead, and love more authentically for yourself.
