Wow, it's been ages! How have you been doing? I'm still based around Paris, giving occasional classes of Hatha Vinyasa to the people I'm staying with. I miss India and the yoga community that I used to meet there. I also miss the opportunity to give live yoga classes to unknown people - here in France the pandemic restrictions are rather tough.
Still, yoga stays present in my life, and it helps me a lot. During the dark periods of depression and anxiety my practice has reduced or even vanished, and bringing it back helped me to recenter myself, and basically just feel myself better on psychological, physical and existential levels.
So, if you're feeling low, give yourself some attention and care, remember about your breath, and maybe move around a bit, without being too hard on yourself.
My morning practice consists now of a few rounds of Surya Namaskar, 10min meditation and a few hundreds of belly moves in Agnisara - you see, I'm being soft on myself :D.
