I prep my clients with a little matwork taster of what's to come...
WHY?
Warm up - yes but mainly:
• so the progressions feel natural
• the options to ease off are there
• the technical alignment has been checked (by me)
• the brain & body has had a sneak peak of what's in store
• the foundations are acknowledged, so ...

When we drift into the main phase of the flow & add in more challenging options, it feels safe, familiar & everything unites full circle ...
