Join us this Sunday, April 12 at 3pm for a special 1-hour Spiritual Warrior class guided by F***y Ali Abdou

This class is will be on donation to support Beirut — a city deeply close to our hearts here at Jivamukti Yoga Paris.

F***y will guide the iconic Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior sequence - linking breath, movement, and intention.

in addition to the kirtan on saturday july 4th, we’re so honored to welcome Krishna Das for an intimate workshop at Jivamukti Yoga Paris on sunday july 5th from 4–7pm.

A 2 hour atelier to soften tension, downshift from stress, and support your nervous system through body centered practices🌀

Maria is a certified trauma informed massage therapist, bodywork practitioner, and artist exploring embodiment and the language of the body for over 8 years. Her work focuses on supporting people with PTSD and trauma recovery through gentle, body centered practices that help restore a sense of safety, connection, and trust in the body.

Sasha Veles is a Certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher (300HR). For the past two years she has been working with mental health support programs and often teaches Restore & Renew in this context, seeing how it supports a nervous system living in constant, sometimes unrecognized stress.
