Alejandro returns to Paris for another Thai massage training that’s perfect for both yoga teachers and students.

This 2-day course will help you to refine your yoga assists in the context of a full immersion into the art of Thai Massage on the floor — a therapeutic, intuitive and deeply restorative practice.

He teaches workshops all over Europe, and is part of the international Jivamukti Yoga Teacher Trainings as a facilitator and anatomy/Sanskrit teacher.

🎪 THE CIRCUS 🎪 A Creative Asana Workshop with Klara Puski.

Step right up for a playful and skill-building workshop inspired by the signature Wednesday inversions class that some of you already know and love 🤡

will take the time to pause, deconstruct, explore, and unlock what’s been waiting inside your practice 🗝️

In this 2.5 hour workshop, you will be looking at mechanics, alignment, intelligent progressions, and the tiny details that make a shape feel suddenly possible. Expect creative warm-ups (from somatic prep to a touch of animal flow), targeted drills, partner work, and plenty of time to use the wall and props as tools for deeper understanding.

This workshop is for you if you love:
• playing with new options and variations
• discovering pathways into complex asanas
• strengthening foundations before expanding into more advanced forms
• laughing, sweating, trying, failing, and trying again
• the joy of curiosity and community

Come with a sense of adventure and get ready to experiment! Suitable for all levels of curiosity but expect complex asanas to be explored.
