Today we celebrate Guru Purnima – the sacred Full Moon dedicated to the Guru, the one who leads us from darkness to light.
It’s a powerful moment to pause, bow in gratitude, and honor those who have shown us the way – spiritual teachers, mentors, and most of all, the inner wisdom that lives within each of us. 🕊️

In Kundalini Yoga, the Guru is not a person but the light of awareness awakened through practice.
The mantra “Guru Guru Wahe Guru, Guru Ram Das Guru” reminds us that the path to mastery is paved with devotion, humility, and an open heart.

With so much gratitude in my heart, I run Yoga Kundalini classes at the beautiful 🌙
This space holds a special kind of magic – soft light, soothing silence, and souls who show up with openness and intention.

Our “Balance & Harmony” class was a gentle journey inward. Through breathwork, mindful movement, and deep meditation, we explored the stillness within – that quiet space where balance begins.

I truly felt that I am exactly where I’m meant to be.
