🌳 Each trainee will be followed by a mentor throughout the training.
🌻 You will have the opportunity to observe “real” classes at the studio, the perfect opportunity to watch different bodies and how they move in different ways. This is also a chance to observe how a teacher sequences, speaks, adjusts and leads their class from beginning to end.
🌼 Asana Lab videos will be sent each month (on top of live sessions during training weekends) to dive deeper in to groups of poses and further your understanding of alignment, contraindications and modifications.

La formation Vinyasa 200hrs en français est là!!!

Après tant d'années et tant de formations, on se lance dans le formation en français :)

On est tellement heureux, qu'on a mis en place une offre de lancement pour te faire économiser 400€!

Dates à Paris 2025:
• 20-23 Mars
• 12-13 Avril
• 2-4 & 24-25 Mai
• 28-29 Juin
• 5-6 & 18-20 Juillet

Dates d’immersion en Normandie 2025:
• Du 2 au 8 Juin

Places limitées à 12.

Nos formations se remplissent plusieurs mois en avance, si tu souhaites y participer, on te conseille de t’y prendre le plus tôt possible.

Toutes nos formations sont accréditées par Yoga Alliance International.

Chaque participant aura son mentor tout au long de la formation.

Tu auras l’occasion d’observer des « vrais cours » au studio

• Asana lab’ : les étudier les postures en détail
• Les ajustements manuelles – de les faire avec confiance, pertinence, empathie et avec la connaissance anatomique correcte
• L’art du « sequencing » – trouver ta voix authentique, explorer le « sequencing » comme pratique créative

• Philosophie – apprendre à vivre « les Sutras » dans le monde moderne

• La pratique d’enseignement commence le 1er jour de la formation !

La formation est ouverte aux élèves ayant au moins un an de pratique.

Tu peux faire cette formation même si tu ne souhaites pas enseigner 😊

Notre style d’enseignement est passionné, axé sur la curiosité, accessible et sans jugement. On s’appuit sur nos années d’expérience pour te permettre d’enseigner aux personnes en face de toi, en t’adaptant à leurs besoins, tout comme on fait lors de nos formations. On espère t'inspirer pour faire tes propres choix en tant qu’enseignant et étudiant et encourager tes propres élèves à suivre leur propre chemin de pratique.

Today we're opening the applications to our scholarship for the 50 Hour Yin Yoga Training Immersion, designed for both yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners looking to deepen their practice and teaching skills.

Dates: January 26th - February 2nd 2025
Location: The Retreat Space, Gathemo

What You Will Learn:
- The fundamentals of Yin Yoga: philosophy, history, and benefits
- How to sequence and teach a full Yin Yoga class
- Foundations of TCM, meridians, 5 phase theory
- Effective use of props to support and enhance the practice
- Techniques for guiding meditations, breathwork, self-massage and acupressure to complement Yin poses
- Adapting poses for individual needs and therapeutic applications
