Let us not bow to the darkness, as we hold each other’s hands and hearts across this world,
Let us not bow to the darkness as we say out loud that the downtrodden are held highest in our minds,
Let us not bow to the darkness as we allow all emotions to be welcomed, expressed and then dissolved into One Love.
Let’s not be consumed by the presumed,
But rather by what is known to be Unknown, yet ever Present, all-encompassing and All loving.
Let us not be consumed by the flipside of Truth,
But All rise together as one and say “I Am You”,
As in I Am "YouMan" and our life force, our spirit, our Higher Consciousness is blissful Oneness!!
Our higher truth, our inner light must shine brightly now, more than ever, knowing that Light is never, ever colourless; it contains and needs all the colours of the prism so we can see the path ahead and walk that path together towards a world with no separation, and no attachment to separateness, where the light of each soul is loved and respected and we rejoice in that beauty, for the light of all individual souls springs from the One True Light of Our Higher Consciousness.
Love and Light to all, George 💜🌞

Hypnosis as a Path to Awakening – Not What You Think!
🧠💫 "Hypnosis isn’t about control—it’s about freedom."

Most people think hypnosis is about implanting new thoughts or rewiring the mind for better habits. But what if it could be used for something much deeper?

🔹 In Awareness-Based Hypnotherapy™, we don’t just change thoughts—we dissolve false identification with thought.
🔹 The hypnotic state allows you to drop resistance and access pure awareness.
🔹 Through guided self-inquiry, ABH helps you see through the illusion of the separate self.

The mind isn’t something to fight or fix—it’s something to see through. And when you do, a profound shift happens… 🌿

Are you ready to wake up to your true nature?

The Illusion of Thought – Breaking Free from Mental Noise
🌀 “Your thoughts are not you.”

Most people believe their thoughts define them. But in Awareness-Based Hypnotherapy™ (ABH), we see thoughts as passing waves in the vast ocean of Awareness—they arise, but they are not the Self.

✨ What happens when you stop identifying with thought?
✨ What if you could witness mental noise without getting lost in it?

Through ABH, we guide you into a deep shift in perception, where overthinking loses its grip and inner stillness becomes your natural state.

Are you ready to experience life beyond the noise? 🧘‍♂️✨

🟩Here are some statistics and data related to Overthinking to help contextualize the prevalence and impact of this issue:

Prevalence and Impact of Overthinking:
General Prevalence:

According to a study published in the Journal of Abnormal Psychology, over 73% of adults aged 25-35 report regular overthinking. This statistic highlights how common overthinking is among young to middle-aged adults.
The American Psychological Association (APA) notes that overthinking is a common issue in modern society, exacerbated by factors like technology, social media, and constant connectivity.
Gender Differences:

Research indicates that women are more likely than men to engage in overthinking. A study from the University of Michigan found that 57% of women report engaging in overthinking compared to 43% of men.
Women tend to ruminate more on past events, whereas men are more likely to overthink future-related scenarios.

Psychological Impact:

Overthinking is strongly linked to mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and stress. A study published in the Journal of Behavioral Medicine found that overthinking significantly increases the risk of developing these conditions.
Chronic overthinking can lead to a state of constant worry and distress, severely impacting daily functioning and quality of life.
Physical Health:

Overthinking can lead to physical health problems, including insomnia, headaches, and gastrointestinal issues. Stress hormones released during overthinking episodes can cause these symptoms.
The Mayo Clinic reports that prolonged overthinking can weaken the immune system, making individuals more susceptible to illnesses.

Productivity and Decision-Making:

Overthinking can negatively impact productivity and decision-making. According to a study by the International Journal of Stress Management, individuals who overthink are less likely to take decisive action, leading to procrastination and reduced effectiveness in personal and professional life.
Seeking Help:

There is a growing awareness and acknowledgment of the need for professional help to manage overthinking. A survey by the Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA) found that about 36% of people experiencing anxiety and overthinking seek professional help.

🎯Overthinking is a widespread issue that many people struggle with and actively seek help for. Here's why?

🟣1. Prevalence:
- Widespread Issue: Overthinking, or rumination, is common and affects a significant portion of the population. Studies have shown that a large percentage of individuals experience chronic overthinking, which can lead to various mental health issues.

- .Mental Health Correlation: Overthinking is closely associated with anxiety, depression, stress, and insomnia. These are some of the most common mental health concerns globally, affecting millions of people.

🟣2. Impact on Quality of Life:
- Emotional Distress: Overthinking can lead to significant emotional distress, causing individuals to feel overwhelmed, anxious, and unable to relax.
- Impaired Decision Making: It can impair decision-making abilities, leading to procrastination and a lack of productivity.
- Physical Health: Chronic stress from overthinking can negatively impact physical health, contributing to conditions like headaches, high blood pressure, and weakened immune function.

🟣3. Actively Seeking Help:
- Rising Awareness: There is increasing awareness and acceptance of mental health issues, leading more people to seek professional help for problems like overthinking.
- Digital Searches: Online searches for terms related to overthinking and ways to manage it (e.g., mindfulness, hypnotherapy, meditation) are on the rise. This indicates that people are actively looking for solutions.
- Therapeutic Interventions: Practices like mindfulness, hypnotherapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) are well-regarded for helping manage overthinking, and these methods are often sought after by those in distress.

🟣4. Evidence-Based Interventions:
- Mindfulness and Hypnotherapy: There is strong evidence supporting the efficacy of mindfulness and hypnotherapy in managing overthinking. These techniques help individuals break the cycle of rumination, develop healthier thought patterns, and reduce overall stress.
