How to Make Flu-Fighting Tea (3 cups):
🥄 Ingredients:
3 cups water
Juice of ½ lemon
1 cinnamon stick
3 slices fresh ginger (¼ inch thick)
¼ tsp cloves
1 pinch cayenne
1½ tbsp raw honey
🫖 Steps:
Boil water with cinnamon, ginger, cloves & cayenne for 8–10 mins.
Remove from heat and let it sit for 2 mins.
Stir in lemon juice and honey.
Sip warm, not hot.
