Health Retreat 2025 is in its third week. The nutrition part is always sublime. As a Registered Public Health Nutritionist with over 45 years in the Wellbeing arena I pride myself that we get our food intake right. We practice intermittent fasting, we encourage and support the intake of at least 40 different plant based ingredients during the 7 day period. And our chefs are especially chosen for their passion with intelligent nutrition. Chef Azara is our secret weapon this year and we are loving her! .into.it (look her up!) Everything is cooked from scratch, she is inventive and so creative, she doesn’t waste a bean, and the smell coming out of our kitchen is worth all the sniffs it gets from us passing by the door.
