What is Anxiety?

Anxiety is a natural response to stress. It's a feeling of fear or apprehension about what's to come. For some young people, it can be more intense and happen more frequently, impacting daily life.

Common Symptoms:

- Constant worrying or fear
- Restlessness or feeling on edge
- Trouble concentrating
- Physical symptoms like a racing heart, sweating, or headaches

Tips to Manage Anxiety:

Talk About It: Share your feelings with someone you trust.

Stay Active: Regular exercise can help reduce anxiety.

Practice Mindfulness: Techniques like deep breathing and meditation can calm your mind.

Stay Connected: Spend time with friends and family.

Seek Professional Help: Don’t hesitate to reach out to a health professional if you need it, a teacher, or someone you trust.
