Je l’évoque souvent en séance ! Une scientifique nordique a réussi à prouver que la composition des larmes est différente selon l’émotion qui les déclenche… en pleurant je pense qu’on évacue réellement quelque chose du corps…

These are all tears. But none of them look the same.
This image shows microscopic views of different types of tears: grief, change, laughter, even onions.
And yet—they each form entirely unique patterns.
Isn’t that incredible?
It’s as if every emotion leaves its own fingerprint. A silent, sacred imprint of what the soul is processing.
Grief carves deep.
Laughter bursts with chaos and release.
Change creates tension and texture.
Even onions leave their mark—reminding us that not all tears come from the heart, but all still move through us.
Your tears are never meaningless.
They carry the shape of your experience.
They are proof that you’re alive, evolving, feeling.
So the next time you cry, don’t hide it.
Let it be art. Let it be medicine.
Let it be you.
