Providing Kundalini yoga lessons for anyone who would like to experience the wondrous effects of this yoga practice, as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Bringing together the body, mind and soul. I am here to guide you on this journey to becoming the very best version of yourself. Lessons take place every week online (due to covid). For the lesson: wear loose fitting clothes; avoid heavy food for 2-3 hours

before; have some water with you to drink and have something warm to cover yourself with whilst relaxing. All of my classes are suitable for those who are new to yoga as well as those with experience in Kundalini or other kinds of yoga, and everybody is equally welcome.
