Where the mountains meet the water
Cassie and Simon moved to the Alps in 2013 to open a chalet company, Alpine Action Adventures, offering winter ski holidays and bespoke summer adventures and both always thought the environment offered the perfect spiritual space for yoga practice.
Emma, a water baby who’s love for Yoga is matched by her love for surfing, had completed her Yoga Instructors course and was passionate about taking her Yoga to knew places for her students and a wider audience. Her company, Ocean Flow Fitness has grown from strength to strength and Emma offers Yin and Yang classes as well as SUP Yoga.
Cassie and Emma went to school together and lost touch through higher education, their paths leading them in different directions and to different countries. A chance meeting back on Hayling Island (their childhood home) at a Christmas fayre, and some catch up drinks soon made it clear that a collaboration was destined.
Alpine Flow Yoga Retreats was born!
