Big thank you to for having me for a private family class, it’s such a lovely spot for it 💙

I love teaching groups of friends or families, and adding in some partner yoga always lifts the energy. It’s such a fun way to bring everyone together and add something a bit different to the holiday ☀️✨

What a lovely morning in the sunshine with the sea air, and such a wonderful group to share it all with. Thank you to each and every one of you who came along and made it so special.

🌿 Yoga in Aulnay is moving! 🌿
For the rest of the summer, classes will now be held at the beautiful Aire de Loiris in Antezant-La-Chapelle. A peaceful spot under the trees, with the gentle sounds of the river and birdsong all around.

It’s a truly special setting to unwind, stretch, and reconnect.

Join me for a beautiful morning of yoga by the ocean followed by a relaxed brunch together at Back Bar in Saint Georges de Didonne.

🗓 Friday 11th July

🕙 Time: Yoga at 10:00 AM, followed by brunch

💰 Price: €38 – includes yoga, 1 meal + 1 hot or soft drink (extras at your own cost)

📍 Booking is essential – please reserve at least one week in advance so I can coordinate with the restaurant.
