Just awarded my Level 3 in Exercise Referral - great news!

So proud to be a member of the prestigious since this summer and the European Register of Exercise Professionals ... lots of hard exams to get there, but absolutely worth it :-) For those keen to try out Pilates I have a couple of spots left for the open day in Strasbourg on 19 September from 1-2pm at Yogiz. Just send me a DM. Otherwise I will have more room for individual classes over Zoom and in person throughout the week going forwards as I'm winding down other activities.
Pilates is a great way to work the core, develop inner strength and learn how to breathe, which is exactly what so many of us forget to do! I look forward to sharing my knowledge with those who want to make a break from non-stop work and start to embrace a happier and healthier lifestyle. :-) the :-)
