En tant que Coach & Sophrologue Thérapeute, je propose des séances en individuel ou en groupe pour enfants, adolescents et adultes. Je mets à la disposition mes compétences et outils de coaching et de sophrologie afin d'accompagner chacun dans l'expression de ses émotions, le développement de son potentiel ou la confiance en soi. Je suis spécialisée dans l’accompagnement des enfants en école à la
maison (anglais et français), l’éducation et la mise en place de la pédagogie active comme Montessori dans des instituts éducatifs et thérapeutiques. Je propose également, mes services en tant qu'éducatrice Montessori :
-Rattrapage-Soutien scolaire,
-Aide à la Langue Française,

I am specialized in supporting children in homeschooling (English and French), education and the implementation of active pedagogy such as Montessori in educational and therapeutic institutes. I offer in the Haute Tarentaise Valley, all year round, my services to children between 3 and 15 years old, individually or in groups :

-Hikes with educational themes. Through my activities, I make available to children my skills and tools as Sophrologist and therapist, in order to support them in the expression of their emotions, the development of their potential or their self-confidence. I also support parents in the implementation of the Montessori method in their home: layout and organization of the space according to family life. As a Sophrologist Therapist, I offer individual or group sessions for children, adolescents and adults.
