Combining energy healing with a sumptuous full body massage. This really is an exceptional healing session - prepare to feel on top of the world having both your energy body and physical body cared for simultaneously. Energy Healing (60 or 90minutes)
Utilising Reiki or Shamanic Energy Healing to restore balance to the energy body. Crystals, smudging, shamanic drumming, sound healing, oracle cards or runes may be used. Its almost time for me to return! 😁
I've tried to accommodate a couple of temporary dates available in October in Toulouse. I was unable to fit in dates for Ariege, sadly. However, I'm viewing a beautiful space in the centre of Saint Girons end of October! Fingers crossed everything is secured and ready to go for November in both places. Very excited to be coming back and, of course, for a little pause in October after that crazy busy season in the Spa😅

So glad to be back for another season here by the atlantic ocean. This is a precious place with incredible energy and friendly people. And, of course, the ocean is my greatest healer and friend. I am so grateful. 💖

My Story

Bringing together advanced clinical sports and remedial massage training with energy work for a holistic approach to help you relax, unwind and relieve pain/stiffness. I am also trained in Well Mother Pregnancy Massage which is a shiatsu based treatment for pre, during or post natal support. Combining various techniques such as postural assessment, gait analysis, deep tissue massage, remedial massage, muscle energy techniques, myofascial release, neuromuscular techniques (trigger point), injury rehabilitation exercises, pregnancy shatisu, soft tissue therapy and energy work (Reiki). I like to create a beautiful atmosphere for my treatments. So even if you're receiving a full postural assessment or injury treatment session, the room will have a holistic ambience so that you really feel like you're having some quality "you time". I treat from my beautiful therapy space near the Eastrees Health Centre in Eastville/Easton. Please contact me to discuss a tailored treatment specific to your individual needs or for advice.
