Just your reminder that there is nothing wrong - and everything right - with loving your body, no matter what challenges you are facing 💕⁠

We’re conditioned from a young age to find fault in our physical selves, which can develop into some really unhealthy feelings as we get older. ✨⁠

When on a fertility journey or living with chronic conditions like endo, our relationship with our body is often put to the test - and it’s so easy for us to slip into the habit of being angry with ourselves. 💥⁠

Practising a little self-love - whether that’s writing a love letter to your body or indulging in some self-care - is something we should all try to do more often, we deserve it ❤️❤️
