All about my Mandala lesson! ๐
I love using this symbol for mindfulness and breathwork. It is centering, soothing, calming and cyclical. What's not to like?
I follow it with my 'mandala practice', in which during our flow, we revolve 360 degrees around our mats to face each compass point in the room, effectively creating a mandala on our mats ๐.
