Here we practise Hatha Yoga Traditional and "not so tradicional" styles that brings you creativity and movement to your practise. We work with Yoga students, curious people, sportive people and lot of surfers, so depends who joins we make the better practique for you. We gonna developpe your resistence, your balance and improve the conciousness in your body...cos we just have one body to carry us all life...lets take care of it!! I'm Rebeca Bayarri, the Yoga teacher who gonna be with u, I'm bringing this practise here respecting the Indian roots philosophy, but applying to your needs. Diplomate by Yoga Alliance Usa in South India with Samyak Yoga School. We practise Hatha Yoga Traditional, Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga Style. We are now teaching in Villa Tiki in Vieux Boucau, right back the dune in the beautiful beach of Landes. Happy to have you here wherever you want, as we practise everyday.
