I began my teaching career in 2015 in Nice — a quiet, humble beginning to what became a decade of yoga and sound therapy across the French Riviera. Different places, so many stories. A beautiful mix of kindness, adversity, and transformation.

Now 2025 brings a new rhythm. Last spring, I stepped away from my last external collaboration, closing a chapter that carried so much of my energy and dedication to teaching and service. To everyone who’s practiced with me over the years: thank you. You’ve been part of this journey more than you know.

These past months, I’ve been focused in my little corner at Villefranche-sur-Mer, creating something gentle and grounded: a soft, safe space where yoga can feel like home. Cosy Yoga Studio is the result of that dream.

To those who’ve followed me here: thank you for your warmth, your cheerfulness, your messages, and your kind presence. I’ll be announcing the official launch very soon. I can’t wait to reconnect, practice, and grow together 🤍
