The French Reset is designed to help you pause, breathe, and reconnect with what matters most. Away from daily demands, you’ll have the space to slow down, reflect on where you are and gently rediscover your own rhythm.
Through a balance of nourishing practices, meaningful conversations, and unhurried time in nature, this retreat offers the chance to release stress, gain clarity, and return home with a lighter heart and a renewed sense of direction—rested, inspired, and more deeply connected to yourself.
Throughout the week, daily sessions of meditation, breathwork, contemplation, and dialogue with Vijay Shyam will gently guide participants from the familiar grounding of body and breath into deeper layers of awareness. Workshops with Dr. Tas, ND will help you recognize where your limits are, communicate them with confidence, and create space for what truly matters. By learning how to say “yes” and “no” with clarity, you’ll move from feeling stretched and overwhelmed to feeling grounded, in charge, and more at ease in your daily life.
Together, we’ll explore how simple, mindful choices can restore balance, support energy, and create the foundation for lasting well-being.
