The “Peter Hess” massage bowls are a German healing modality that create deeply relaxing harmonious vibrations throughout the body.

The three bowls are placed and supported alternately on different areas of the body…clients can remain fully clothed.

You will lay on an (optional) heated couch covered with a super soft faux blanket with the aroma of a soul soothe essential oil diffused in the cabin whilst you relax 😴 …….let the bowls take you on a floating journey of relaxation! ✨

You will gently be brought round of the relaxation with a soothing Coshi Chime ✨

The bowls are activated with a soft felt top mallet instrument which creates a soothing ripple
of undulating harmonious waves throughout the body.

The vibrations from the bowls create a nurturing experience inducing a meditative state of stillness and calm …… the vibrations can boost your body’s natural ability to fight off most dis-eases and repair itself more quickly and improve your immunity.

Reiki Healing balances the energy systems ( also known as Chakras) when we are out of alignment through stress and worry.
