It is really important for our health and wellbeing to find time in our day to do something that we love without feeling guilty about it, without thinking we should be doing the cleaning, or the ironing, the washing or the food shop!!
Finding time to do something that you love helps to calm your mind, relax you and creates a feeling of enjoyment. So whether it’s drawing, colouring, sewing, crafting, reading, baking, (even a reflexology treatment 😉) or anything else that you may enjoy give yourself permission take time out for it each day 😊
