About Me I am a very happy and content mother of 2 beautiful children, Russell is 13 years old and Hazel is 9 years old. We live in Abbotskerswell with our gorgeous dog, Doug. I have a great ex-husband, we work together for the best for our children. I absolutely love sharing through “Return to Inner Harmony” all that has helped me reach this point in my life. I still face life’s challenges, ups and downs but my ability to ride these storms and come out the other end unscathed has greatly improved. Life has not always been so rosy. I have faced many challenges to find my self-worth and to be able to love, nurture and respect myself. The skills I have learned through life, to be able to share now to help you move your life forward in a positive direction, are both experiential and academic. I continue to invest heavily in my health and well-being. I implemented a Paleo diet in 2014, my energy, brain function and emotional state has greatly improved and I lost 2 stone so my body confidence has grown. Tai Chi, which I started in 2011, has been an amazing journey of healing and growth for me. My weekly lessons of Stretch and Tai Chi contribute enormously to my new found state of inner peace and harmony. After many years of searching for Spiritual Development where I could feel safe and nurtured, I found Eternal Light. I continue to develop my Spiritual Connection and partake in fortnightly healing shares, which are fabulous. I walk my dog daily and have a beautiful garden to potter about in. Fellow Therapists, who I have met since starting my business “Chakra Comforts” in 2008 have become great friends and a valuable support network. I recently entered the arena of Networking which has been another journey of great business and personal growth. The finer details of my life story I find I sometimes share in 1-1 healing sessions and in small, intimate workshops which I run. Through sharing the more personal triumphs and failures, a different perspective can be seen, unhealthy emotional attachment and judgement can then be dissolved. We can be so harsh on ourselves yet accept others for who they are without question. My working life started at 16 years old as selling gifts in a small gift shop on the edge of Dartmoor. I left to become a motorcycle mechanic which I loved for nearly 3 years. Followed by nursing for 7 years before starting a family and being a full time mum. Realising I wanted a job that would work around my family’s needs I persued my love of sewing and crafting and started the adventure of self-employment in 2008 selling Colour healing Blankets and cards. Since 2007 I have attended various workshops and courses including Reiki, Crystal Healing, Tuning Fork Sound Therapy, Muscle-Testing for Beginners, Joy of Muscle Testing, Surrogate Healing, Inner Saboteurs:the Art of Loopholes & ‘Yes but…’ Detection, Primary Reflexes, Eternal Light-Gaia Foundation & Advanced-Healing Rays Neptune, Pluto and Sun.
