I was just talking about the importance of stretching the QL yesterday and Facebook must have heard me as this fabulous fact has just popped up. A tight QL is a common cause of back pain and side bends and forward folds are so important in strengthening and mobilising to prevent back pain.
One of the many reasons I go on and on and on about the importance of incorporating Yoga into your training. 👍🏼
