Behind every smooth visit, every well-planned schedule, and every reassuring phone call is a care coordinator making it all happen. Our care coordinators are part of the backbone (along with our wonderful carers) of our service — combining compassion, organisation, and dedication to ensure our individuals and their families feel fully supported, every step of the way.

They’re problem-solvers, great listeners, and expert multitaskers who go above and beyond each day to keep things running seamlessly.

❣️I’d like to give a massive shout out to the whole team at Elite 🥰 for all their hard work and always going that extra mile ❤️

Working in health and social care can sometimes feel like… a thankless job, maybe you’re feeling undervalued, overworked, expected to work miracles?

Working in care can often feel like an unsociable job… missing half term fun with your children, working evenings or early mornings whilst trying to juggle being a parent, partner, student, friend, whilst also trying to maintain health & wellbeing, hobbies and interests.
Can seem impossible on some days.

You have to be a special type of person to be able to continue putting someone else’s care and support needs first, and making sure you are giving someone the best possible care when your not feeling 100% yourself!

We are proud of each and every single member of our ‘Team Elite’… whether you’re a carer, coordinator, team leader, manager or work in finance/admin. You all massively contribute to empowering an individual to continue living within their own home. 🏠
