As a carer, we can sometimes become a little too busy looking after others, and forget about our own self care!

We are also extremely vulnerable in catching 🦠 cold and flu symptoms, with a high potential of spreading those germs!

😷 it’s not always as easy as keeping distance in our line of work, so it’s super important to wear masks and follow infection control policies/procedures to minimise the risk of transmission.

🦠 There has been a high increase of cold and flu symptoms… keep yourself healthy and safe where possible 💚
