Last night was Grow with Kieron first ever awards night! And what a night it was!

I'm so proud and blessed to be part of it all. We dressed up, we celebrated we came together as one big community and had the best night 😍

So many inspiring people, so many different journeys. Proof we are all in this together.

So many amazing weight losses and tranformations. Not only focusing on weight loss but the confidence, and life you gain along the way ❤️

GROW made a difference to my life, and is making a difference to thousands of others.

This journey has been 15 years in the making. Currently 6st 6lbs lost!

My weight has fluctuated over the years, from high success to absolute breaking point but I’ve never given up on myself.
