Absolutely chuffed to bits for Yvonne who got her 4.5stone award this week in group!

What an achievement 👏

Yvonne attends my group at Abercynon Community Centre and week in week out shows up for herself. Shes determined committed and refuses to give up even on the toughest of weeks and has lost an incredible 4stone 8.5lbs in total.

Yvonne you look absolutely amazing and I'm so proud and pleased for you ❤️

Youve changed habits and found a lifestyle that will stick and thats something definitely to be proud of ⭐️

Theres even talk of setting that lifestyle weight..... keep smashing it, I'm behind you all the way 🥰
