I did it 🎉 I’ve reached my 5st weight loss award.

That 1lb was the hardest… I took my bra off and the lot!

But I did it, I’ve officially broken the 5 stone weight loss mark, and I’m now lighter than I’ve been in six years.

I honestly can’t put into words how I feel without crying. This means more to me than I can say.

This isn’t just about a number on the scales, it’s about taking back control, feeling proud of myself again, and proving that with the right support and the right plan, it is possible.

Thank you to everyone who’s supported me along the way let’s keep going!

I celebrated by coming home, having a zero count breakfast and then walked 11,000 steps and had a coke zero in mcdonalds! Something a few months ago I wouldnt have been able to have done!"

So that’s it, all the recipes for our next Grow recipe book are officially confirmed!

The book launches this October and I’m sure Lesley and Bern find working with me an absolute delight (or at least that’s what I tell myself).

Pre-orders will open very soon, and we’ll be sharing a sneak peek at what you can expect to find inside.

We can’t wait to bring this one to you – it’s packed with Everyday Balance meals that are simple, satisfying and full of flavour.

We've also welcomed some beautiful new members over the last few weeks ❤️

It's so wonderful to see the support given and friendships bring made week in week out.

BUT, its not just about the awards (although we love them!) It's about being all round happier healthier fitter and slimmer. And this is why I absolutely LOVE GROW.

It's not about giving up your favourite meals, or feeling restricted, it's about Everyday Balance and making better, healthier food choices! It's about being Consistent and getting the right support 🥰
