What a morning!!
The weather may be horrendous outside but the Cynon Linc is lovely and warm!

Lots of weight loss awards given out too!

It's Sians year anniversary today of joining and she has come in and got her target award, losing 7st 2lbs!

What difference a year makes!!
Dont put it off until January, new members still welcome!
