Today is World Su***de Prevention Day.
We can all play a part in helping to prevent su***de by checking in on loved ones, starting a conversation (even with a stranger), knowing the right words to use when doing so, and really learning to listen. 💚

You can interrupt suicidal thoughts. You could save a life.

Samaritans are one of many organisations with handy tips which could help us all make a difference. Their phone lines are open 24/7 on 116 123.

Every year, on 10 September, organisations around the world get together to raise awareness about su***de prevention.

Looking for something to keep the children occupied and we can definitely recommend the cafe for some delicious food and drink.

Hopefully we see loads of people and children coming to an amazing play day, there will be food provided which some will be free and if you would like anything else we have got a nice friendly cafe that will be open but only take cash payments.
