LV Sports Massage The best possible sports massage training to clients whilst not charging the earth!

Liz Vaughan qualified in Sports Massage at Cardiff University in 2007 and gained her PGCE teaching qualification in 2008. Since qualification, Liz has used her skills in many settings: two seasons as a recovery therapist with Cardiff Blues and three seasons with Swansea F.C. She has worked at ultramarathon events and taken a variety of private clients practicing across a wide spectrum of sporting events. Liz has secured work with Merthyr College since 2008, teaching Swedish and Sports massage and Anatomy and Physiology with excellent success rates. In this new venture, Liz wishes to offer the best possible sports massage training to her clients whilst not charging the earth! In addition she hopes to secure event work throughout the year for not only herself but for her successful students.
