We’re Here to Talk – When You’re Ready

Next session is on Thursday 8th January

Looking for a space to connect, be heard, or just listen?

Our Men’s Group meeting every Thursday at 6 PM on Zoom for a relaxed, supportive conversation. It’s a safe space for men aged 18+ to come together, talk about life, and support one another — no pressure, no judgment.

Whether you feel like sharing or simply want to be in the company of others who understand, you’re always welcome.

Fancy a feel-good way to brighten up your Monday?
Join us at New Horizons for our Monday Craft Group with the lovely Kira Withers Jones.
Whether you’re trying arts and crafts for the first time or you’re a seasoned creative, this group is all about:

🎨 Getting imaginative
💆‍♀️ De-stressing
🤝 Meeting new people

When: Every Monday, 10 AM – 12 PM
Where: New Horizons Centre, 16 Dean Street, Aberdare, CF44 7BN

You don’t need to bring a thing – but you are welcome to work on your own projects.

Join a Free Study on Virtual Reality Mindfulness – At Home or at the New Horizons Centre!

Struggling to access mental health support? You’re invited to take part in a free study exploring how Virtual Reality Mindfulness can support your wellbeing.

You can join from home or get help at the New Horizons Centre – whatever works best for you.

The study uses Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Intervention (MBI) through a VR headset. It’s an easy and engaging way to help manage stress and improve your mental health.

You’ll take part in weekly sessions for 8 weeks, where you will:
✨ Learn to notice your thoughts and feelings
✨ Try simple techniques to manage negative thinking
✨ Experience mindfulness in a fun, interactive way

All equipment is provided, and it’s completely free.
